In order to understand why I decided to write this The Shyness and Social Anxiety System review, I want to take you back to summer 2007.
To say that I was shy would be the understatement of the century. My fears were killing me. In fact, one day they were literally killing me…almost.
Here’s what happened:
All the guys from my high school were meeting at a beach party at a lake close to my home. I wanted to go there. I wanted to belong. But I was scared.
No, I was terrified.
When I hopped on my bicycle, my palms were already sweaty. My knees were shaking. My heart was racing. I wanted to vomit, but I started my ride.
I broke down the moment I arrived at the lake.
Seeing all these confident people made me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t take it. I cursed at God for punishing me with such an ugly body and such a worthless personality. Yes, that’s how I felt. Compared to the others, I felt worthless.
It hurt so much that I thought about ending it all while I rode back home with tears all over my face.
That was 10 years ago.
Today I’m happy to be alive and to share this The Shyness and Social Anxiety System review with you…
1. Why Should I Read this Shyness and Social Anxiety System Review?
Why is getting over shyness and social anxiety so important?
Let me ask you something:
You enter a bar. There are so many people…and so many beautiful women. You want to talk to them. But the thought of starting a conversation makes you feel unworthy, small, and insignificant. You can’t breathe. The floor feels like glue. The air gets thicker and thicker.
Your social anxiety took over the control.
Over the last couple of years, I received thousands of emails from guys who asked me for help. Almost all emails contained the words shy, fear, and anxiety.
There must be a solution…
2. Who is Sean Cooper and is He Legit?
A couple of years ago he suffered from social anxiety.
He’s just like me.
Seriously, I can relate to this guy. When I read his book, I had the feeling that every word is a reflection of his struggle, his journey, and his eventual success.
And when I watched the following video in which he shares his story, I could see that he’s NOT a confident extrovert.
In fact, he told me about his years-long struggle with social anxiety when I asked him a couple of questions via email. He was very open about his struggle. And even though he has no PhD in Psychology, he proves his knowledge in the book.
3. What Does Sean Cooper Think about Pharmaceutical Drugs?
That was the defining moment.
When I read his opinion on pharmaceutical drugs to battle shyness and social anxiety, I knew that he’s the real deal. I came across so many sites that advocate prescription pills because pharma companies are paying them good money for it.
Sean Cooper says no to the money.
Pharmaceutical drugs are a short-term fix, but extremely dangerous in the long term. He recommends avoiding them if you want to experience positive change.
I couldn’t agree more.
4. What is the Most Life-Changing Advice in the Book?
I don’t want to bore you with “in chapter one you’re going to learn that…blah blah blah…in chapter two you’re going to learn that...yada yada yada.”
That’s not why you’re reading this review.
You’re reading this review because you’re looking for an unbiased, objective, and honest opinion.
Am I right?
Hell, you want to know what I’ve learned (and what YOU will learn) from the Shyness and Social Anxiety System.
Okay. Then let’s get started with the 201-page book…
4.1 What’s The Most Important Advice in Part 1?
The book has 15 chapters and is divided in three parts. Part 1 contains chapter 1-5.
The first part of the book taught me a lot about my past mistakes, how I should have looked at my social anxiety, and why cursing at God wasn’t the smartest idea.
But there’s one page, or let’s say three pages that blew my mind.
On page 41, Sean Cooper reveals the breakthrough scientific approach to get rid of social anxiety.
“Yeah, right…breakthrough” I thought to myself.
Then I started reading…and believing.
I always thought that my genetics, my personality and my huge scar were the problem. I was so wrong.
Seriously, I had no idea that I could simply unlearn my social anxiety by playing with my amygdala and my neocortex (these are parts of the brain). You’ll learn how to do that in chapter 4.
4.2 What’s The Most Important Advice in Part 2?
All three anxiety techniques that Sean shares in chapter 6-8 can be highly effective.
I tried all of them.
I’m practicing acceptance since years. I’m still struggling. Maybe I’m too German aka stubborn for that. Muscle relaxation, on the other hand, works for me, at least in most situations.
What about diaphragmatic breathing?
It’s a weird name but a highly effective technique.
Professor James Gordon from Georgetown University School of Medicine calls it “the single best anti-stress medicine we have”. A study that was conducted by the University of Camerino in Italy backs this claim.
4.3 What’s The Most Important Advice in Part 3?
With 6 chapters and almost 100 pages, part 3 is the longest part of the book.
It’s hard to choose one specific piece of advice that blew my mind. His talk about social hierarchies, self-consciousness, and inferiority are all valuable.
Oh, wait. I know. Chapter 11 changed my perspective.
Remember how I just said that self-acceptance didn’t work for me?
I told you the truth. It never worked for me because I always thought that the goal of self-acceptance was to NOT feel inferior anymore. I had no idea that my false superiority was the true reason why I sabotaged myself whenever I tried to practice self-acceptance.
I read page 125-127 three times. I’ll read them again tonight.
5. What are the Most Life-Changing Chapters in the Bonus Reports?
Almost all dating and self-improvement products have free bonuses.
The Shyness and Social Anxiety System falls into the third category. I was surprised when I read the first bonus eBook. I expected 10-pages of blah blah. What I got instead was a 41-page eBook that reminded me why I don’t have many friends.
Shit, now I want to cry.
5.1 What’s Eye-Opening in The Social Circle from Scratch Report?
Eye-opening is such a big word. But it’s true. The Social Circle from Scratch eBook was eye-opening for me.
I’m an introvert. I have a couple of really close friends. I could call these guys if I would be lying under a bridge with a heroin needle in my left eye (not that I plan to do that). But I suck at building a social circle.
That’s why I read page 13-24 of this free bonus eBook.
I read the whole book, but these were a few pages that made me say “wow…I’m such a donkey”…especially page 14.
Become social with everyone is a bold promise.
Once I read about the three exercises on page 14 and page 15, I knew what I did wrong. Don’t get me wrong. I did exercise one (especially with cute cashiers). But I never tried Sean Cooper’s situational comments.
I tried it yesterday for the very first time. She smiled.
5.2 What’s Eye-Opening in How to Always Know What to Say Next Report?
Okay, this bonus eBook doesn’t have 41 pages. But 18 are enough because there’s no fluff.
I don’t want to sound arrogant, but I’m pretty good at talking to women. Nevertheless, I learned something new from Sean Cooper. You’ll find it on page 8.
“Conversation threading…what the hell is conversation threading?” I asked myself.
After working as a dating coach for more than 4 years, I never thought about this. Thanks Sean. Writing this Shyness and Social Anxiety System review has already improved my communication skills.
5.3 What’s Eye-Opening in the 7 Conversation Secrets Report?
The 7 Conversation Secrets eBook contain 7 conversation secrets (duh!) that have three goals:
Will the stuff in this 33-page eBook make you more confident, interesting, and likeable?
I have to be honest:
This is the only bonus product that I didn’t like. Don’t get me wrong. The advice is good…but only for absolute beginners. I mean, advice, such as “be confident” and “have integrity” sound good on paper, but are useless without practical advice.
But secret #3 of this free report is different.
Yes, be charismatic sounds like another superficial tagline. But this section of the free report surprised me. This time the author gives really good advice, at least for beginners.
5.4 What’s Eye-Opening in the 10 Keys to Stop Anxiety Report?
Look at this bonus eBook as the cherry on top of the main eBook.
And Recovery Key #5 is the biggest and brightest cherry of all. I mean, every single tip in this 35-page bonus eBook adds value to the main book.
But the law of neuroplasticity is the real eye-opener…at least it was for me.
In this section, the author introduces us to the law of association and the law of repetition and how combining these two laws can prevent panic attacks and reduce anxiety.
6. What Do You Get When You Buy the Shyness and Social Anxiety System?
You get the opportunity to overcome your social anxiety once and for all.
What? That’s not enough?
Okay, okay. I understand. You want more. You want an eBook, an audiobook, and the four bonus eBooks.
Let’s have a look at what you’ll get in case you decide to buy the Shyness and Social Anxiety System.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- Shyness and Social Anxiety System eBook
- The Audio Program (Audiobook version)
- Social Circle from Scratch Report
- How to Always Know What to Say Next Report
- 7 Conversation Secrets Report by Eduard Ezeanu
- 10 Keys to Stop Anxiety Report by David Hamilton
Here’s a peak into the member’s area:
And here’s an overview of what each of the books (and the audio files) contain…
6.1 What is the Shyness and Social Anxiety System eBook?
This is the main product.
The first edition of the Shyness and Social Anxiety System PDF had 113 pages. The second edition (the current one) has 201 pages.
I don’t want to repeat myself (and bore you to death) by listing the chapter headlines. Heck, I already shared the table of contents with you…even though I’m not sure if I’m allowed to do that.
Anyway, here are a few examples of what you’ll learn:
I learned that stuff while reading the book…and forgot half of it again because I’m a baboon.
6.2 What is the Shyness and Social Anxiety System Audio Program?
I hate when an author offers and audiobook and it’s narrated by some other dude.
Is it really too much to ask to narrate your own goddamn audiobook?
Not for Sean Cooper. He did it. He sat down and narrated the audiobook himself and I appreciate it. I hope you appreciate it too.
P.S. I also hope you appreciate that you can download the whole thing and listen to it on your IPad, smartphone, or mp3-player (do they still exist?).
6.3 What is the Social Circle From Scratch Report?
This free bonus eBook teaches you how to build up a social circle.
It’s an awesome book for people who never had a big social circle because of their social anxiety.
6.4 What is the How to Always Know What to Say Next Report?
This 18-page PDF helps you to not end every conversation you start after five seconds.
Yep, that’s about it.
6.5 What is the 7 Conversation Secrets Report by Eduard Ezeanu?
This eBook is written by communication coach Eduard Ezeanu.
Here’s a picture of this guy:
I know what you’re thinking.
“THIS guy wants to teach me how to have confident conversations? He looks like the creepy kid in a Hollywood horror movie…”
I thought the same when I stumbled upon him three years ago. But he’s good, really good. He’s not that well known in the USA, but he’s very successful in his home country Romania.
I can’t reveal the conversation secrets he shares in the eBook, but they are definitely not as creepy as his picture.
Don’t judge a book by its cover 😉
6.6 What is the 10 Keys to Stop Anxiety Report by David Hamilton?
This eBook was written by David Hamilton. No…not the British photographer who loved to take photos of young naked girls.
Instead, he’s a professional confidence coach.
In his 35-page eBook you’ll learn 10 different techniques that help you to stop social anxiety. I already told you that I love his chapter on the law of neuroplasticity.
The advice in this book is solid.
7. Where Can I Buy the Shyness and Social Anxiety System?
The Shyness and Social Anxiety System WITH the audiobook and WITH all the bonus eBooks costs $47.
Why did I put WITH in all caps?
No, I don’t have Parkinson’s. But I’m pretty sure you’ve seen that you can get the hardcover version of the book for $24.95 on Amazon.
If you buy it on Amazon, you will…
- NOT get the Shyness and Social Anxiety System eBook
- NOT get the downloadable Audio Program
- NOT get the Social Circle From Scratch Report
- NOT get the How to Always Know What to Say Next Report
- NOT get the 7 Conversation Secrets Report by Eduard Ezeanu
- NOT get the 10 Keys to Stop Anxiety Report by David Hamilton
And most importantly:
Amazon has NO money-back guarantee!
If you, however, purchase this product (including all the free bonuses) though one of the links or buttons in this review, you get a 60-day money-back guarantee.
P.S. I’ll also send you my bestselling seduction eBook for FREE!
8. What Are Sean’s Customers Saying about the Product?
When I talked to Sean via email, he sent me dozens of testimonials from satisfied customers. I even looked at social anxiety forums and I couldn’t find anyone who complained about the product.
It’s definitely not a scam.
And Diedon would confirm that:
So would Matt:
Hell, even a licensed clinical psychologist endorses Sean’s product:
I guess I’m going to jump on the bandwagon.
9. What are the Pros of the Shyness and Social Anxiety System by Sean Cooper?
10. What are the Cons of the Shyness and Social Anxiety System by Sean Cooper?
- Some of the scientific principles are not that easy to understand
- The price of $47 is high for a product without video content
- Sean Cooper doesn’t have any formal credentials in the field
- You can’t just read the book, do nothing, and expect to change
- In severe cases a doctor or psychotherapist might be necessary
11. How Does The Shyness and Social Anxiety System Differ from other Books?
I read so many books on social anxiety that I lost count.
I started reading about this topic after the lake incident. You know, the story I shared at the beginning of this The Shyness and Social Anxiety System review. It was a horrible time…but I learned a lot.
Unfortunately, most of these books were crap.
They taught me:
In other words, they offered short-term fixes. Sean Cooper’s book, however, offers long-term healing. Instead of avoiding your fears (not very helpful) he shares techniques to overcome your fears.
Of course, avoiding is easier. But it doesn’t work.
Honestly, I wish I had bought this book earlier…before I rode back with tears all over my face and suicidal thoughts in my mind.
Let’s face it:
This book is for everyone who suffers from social anxiety and is sick and tired of the “don’t be such a wimp” and “just do it” advice.
12. Shall I Click on Overcome Shyness or on Cure Social Anxiety?
What if you decide to buy the Shyness and Social Anxiety System?
First, I want to congratulate you. I respect you for not giving up and I encourage you to move forward. I overcame my social anxiety, others have done it, and I know that you can achieve the same.
Second, I want to tell you what happens when you click on the button in the review box below (scroll down a bit):
You will be redirected to a page where you can choose between “Overcome Shyness” and “Cure Social Anxiety”
Here’s what you need to know:
I honestly don’t know why Sean does that. It’s confusing. The good news, however, is that the two articles and the video presentation reveal a lot of additional tips that will help you on your journey to a fearless life.
One more time:
No matter if you click on “Overcome Shyness” or “Cure Social Anxiety”, the product that you can buy at the end is the Shyness and Social Anxiety System
Now I want to end this review with this quote:
“We human beings are social beings…For this reason it is hardly surprising that most of our happiness arises in the context of our relationships with others.” – The 14th Dalai Lama
I hope you enjoy your new life without sweaty hands, panic attacks, and excuses to avoid social situations.
It’s time to start living!
