In order to understand why I decided to write this The Shyness and Social Anxiety System review, I want to take you back to summer 2007.

That was 10 years ago.

That was the defining moment.
When I read his opinion on pharmaceutical drugs to battle shyness and social anxiety, I knew that he’s the real deal. I came across so many sites that advocate prescription pills because pharma companies are paying them good money for it.
Sean Cooper says no to the money.
Pharmaceutical drugs are a short-term fix, but extremely dangerous in the long term. He recommends avoiding them if you want to experience positive change.
I couldn’t agree more.
4. What is the Most Life-Changing Advice in the Book?
I don’t want to bore you with “in chapter one you’re going to learn that…blah blah blah…in chapter two you’re going to learn that...yada yada yada.”

You’re reading this review because you’re looking for an unbiased, objective, and honest opinion.

Okay. Then let’s get started with the 201-page book…
4.1 What’s The Most Important Advice in Part 1?
The book has 15 chapters and is divided in three parts. Part 1 contains chapter 1-5.
The first part of the book taught me a lot about my past mistakes, how I should have looked at my social anxiety, and why cursing at God wasn’t the smartest idea.
But there’s one page, or let’s say three pages that blew my mind.
On page 41, Sean Cooper reveals the breakthrough scientific approach to get rid of social anxiety.
“Yeah, right…breakthrough” I thought to myself.
Then I started reading…and believing.
I always thought that my genetics, my personality and my huge scar were the problem. I was so wrong.
Seriously, I had no idea that I could simply unlearn my social anxiety by playing with my amygdala and my neocortex (these are parts of the brain). You’ll learn how to do that in chapter 4.
4.2 What’s The Most Important Advice in Part 2?
All three anxiety techniques that Sean shares in chapter 6-8 can be highly effective.
I tried all of them.
I’m practicing acceptance since years. I’m still struggling. Maybe I’m too German aka stubborn for that. Muscle relaxation, on the other hand, works for me, at least in most situations.
What about diaphragmatic breathing?
It’s a weird name but a highly effective technique.
Professor James Gordon from Georgetown University School of Medicine calls it “the single best anti-stress medicine we have”. A study that was conducted by the University of Camerino in Italy backs this claim.
4.3 What’s The Most Important Advice in Part 3?
With 6 chapters and almost 100 pages, part 3 is the longest part of the book.
It’s hard to choose one specific piece of advice that blew my mind. His talk about social hierarchies, self-consciousness, and inferiority are all valuable.
Oh, wait. I know. Chapter 11 changed my perspective.
Remember how I just said that self-acceptance didn’t work for me?
I told you the truth. It never worked for me because I always thought that the goal of self-acceptance was to NOT feel inferior anymore. I had no idea that my false superiority was the true reason why I sabotaged myself whenever I tried to practice self-acceptance.
I read page 125-127 three times. I’ll read them again tonight.
5. What are the Most Life-Changing Chapters in the Bonus Reports?
Almost all dating and self-improvement products have free bonuses.
The Shyness and Social Anxiety System falls into the third category. I was surprised when I read the first bonus eBook. I expected 10-pages of blah blah. What I got instead was a 41-page eBook that reminded me why I don’t have many friends.
Shit, now I want to cry.
5.1 What’s Eye-Opening in The Social Circle from Scratch Report?
Eye-opening is such a big word. But it’s true. The Social Circle from Scratch eBook was eye-opening for me.
I’m an introvert. I have a couple of really close friends. I could call these guys if I would be lying under a bridge with a heroin needle in my left eye (not that I plan to do that). But I suck at building a social circle.
That’s why I read page 13-24 of this free bonus eBook.
I read the whole book, but these were a few pages that made me say “wow…I’m such a donkey”…especially page 14.
Become social with everyone is a bold promise.
Once I read about the three exercises on page 14 and page 15, I knew what I did wrong. Don’t get me wrong. I did exercise one (especially with cute cashiers). But I never tried Sean Cooper’s situational comments.
