Nope, I’m not George Carlin’s grandson. And I’m also not Louis C.K.’s son. But I make girls laugh since the year 2012. That’s when I took a bootcamp with Sasha Daygame who’s both a dating coach and a standup comedian.

And I’m German. I have humor in my blood.

Okay, that was the worst joke ever. Everyone knows that even Adam Sandler has more humor than the average German. That’s why I can proudly say: I started from the bottom now I’m here.

My biggest challenge: I had to unlearn to be so freaking German.

Why You Want to Be Funny Around Girls and Make them Laugh   

During my bootcamp with Sasha Daygame, I always asked myself:

“How the hell does he do that?”

He could walk up to a girl, make her laugh, and five minutes later he had her number. Boom! Effortless! I, on the other hand, walked up to countless girls (with my serious German face) and got rejected left and right.

Sasha looked at me and said: “Stop being so goddamn German!”

This three-step process can be all you need to get her out of her shell and out of her clothes.

The #1 Reason Why Most Guys Can’t Make a Girl Laugh  

There are many fun things to talk about with a girl.

But it’s all for nothing if you behave like a dancing monkey!

There’s a huge difference between being a dancing monkey who doesn’t get laid and a funny seducer who gets laid all the time. You can say the same things and take the same actions, it doesn’t matter. Your mindset makes all the difference.

Always ask yourself THE most important question:

“Did I just say or do this to entertain her or to entertain myself?”

She wants to hear the stories and jokes that make you laugh. She wants you to have a great time and then step into “the feel good bubble” with you.

Do and say the things YOU consider funny.

That’s the number one rule for learning how to make a woman laugh. It took me a long time to understand this principle. I wasted so many opportunities by saying the things (I thought) she wants to hear.

Instead, I should have entertained myself.

Then I would have learned the following principles and techniques a lot sooner…

1. Your Main Goal is to Have Fun  

What’s your goal when you walk up to a woman?

You want her to like you and you want her number. 

You want all these things. But let’s face it. You can’t have fun if your mind is focused on the next step. Pressure kills playfulness. It’s way better to approach women with a much simpler goal.

“My main goal is to have fun.”

That’s what I tell myself when I go out to approach women.

My number one priority is to have a great time. What if she smiles? Even better! What if she laughs? That’s also great. But no matter what happens, as long as I have fun, everything is alright.

This approach will make her laugh and get you laid.

2. See Everything as an Opportunity to Laugh  

Opportunities are everywhere.

If you want to know how to be funny around women, you have to open your mind, eyes and ears. Be ready to take the chances the Game Gods provide you with. Every moment, every rejection, and every awkward moment is a chance to make her laugh.

How can you make her laugh in the first couple of seconds?

Let me introduce the weird handshake to you. This is the ultimate seduction technique for guys who have been brainwashed by Hip Hop and all the countless Westside and Eastside handshakes…or for guys who like to finger girl’s hands…

Here’s what I like to do:

I walk up to a girl, give her a compliment and introduce myself. While I introduce myself, I shake her hand. Afterwards, I say something like…

“That was way too normal. Let me show you how we do it in Germany.”

Then I make up some weird handshake that makes her laugh.

Alternatively, you can say…

4. Give Her a Funny Nickname  

You introduced yourself.

Now it’s her turn. In case she’s a girl with manners, she’ll introduce herself to you. That’s your opportunity. Look at her and come up with a cute nickname. You don’t have to call her Julia, just because he mom calls her like that.

Here are some ideas.

Giving girls a funny nickname can be a great way to make them forget about the awkwardness of the situation. And let’s face it. It’s always awkward when two strangers meet for the first time.

5. Share your Funniest Stories with Her 

Storytelling is an art. 

Emotional stories are good for a really deep connection. But you are here because you want to know how to be funny around girls and like you. This is not the right place for tears…only for tears of laughter.

That’s easy. Tell the most inappropriate jokes and you’re on the safe side. I know. That’s the exact opposite of what a lot of guys believe. While thousands of men crack innocent jokes because they are afraid to offend her, I do the opposite.

I crack sexual jokes and make fun of her reaction.

Here’s something you need to know:

You’ll stare at shocked faces. But you need to know that women only pretend to be shocked and offended by these jokes. Deep down they love it. They just want to maintain their “I’m a good girl” image.

Tease her for her reaction and she’ll show you her real reaction.

7. Apologize for Being Such a Naughty Boy

Never apologize!

That’s one of the earliest lessons every aspiring seducer has to learn. She rejects you? Don’t apologize for showing your interest. She doesn’t want to kiss you? Don’t apologize for trying.

Apologizing is weak…but only if you’re serious.

Here’s how I use apologies to make girls laugh and like me:

What do I mean with “a direct compliment”?

Well, something sexual. “Your ass looks amazing.” That’s a good one. Now wait for her reaction. She might say “excuse me!” or something similar. You hold your frame and use your apology to make fun of her reaction.

8. Use Self-Depreciating Humor (The Right Way)  

Self-depreciating humor is a tricky topic.

It works, but only if you do it right. Unfortunately, most guys do it wrong. They choose one of their negative qualities (their weight, their laziness), make fun of it, and wonder why she doesn’t get turned on. Well, that’s not how it works.

Here’s the number one rule:

Don’t make her conscious of your negative qualities!

Instead, make fun of your positive qualities. This kills two birds with one stone. You make her laugh with self-depreciating humor and you make her conscious of your positive qualities. That’s what I call win-win.

Let me give you an example:

She might offer you a back massage.

9. Sell the Worst Joke on Earth as the Best Joke in History

Sorry, I don’t have any.

Here’s the thing about funny jokes:

Wait…what? 

Yep, that’s right. Think about the worst jokes you know.

Here’s how you can use it:

Ask her if she’s ready for a joke. Next, you build up the tension by calling it the best joke in the world. Let her know that she’ll rofl and lol her heart out. Sell it as this big thing. Then you tell the joke…and it’s really bad.

This releases tension and she’ll laugh. It works every time.  

10. Choose Funny Topics to Talk About  

Don’t talk about the war in the Middle East.

Is that really too much to ask for?

Don’t laugh. I used to be a serious German and as a good serious German, I had the terrible habit of talking about the news on dates. I thought I had an engaging conversation while she wanted to run away from the political argument.

She’s on a date because she wants to have fun!

Choose topics that are more fun than war, natural disasters and economic crisis:

12. Tease Her in a Playful Way 

One word of warning:

Teasing and negging are not the same…at least in my world.

Teasing has the purpose to make fun of a girl in a playful way. Negging has the purpose to insult her in a playful way. There’s a fine line between making fun of someone and insulting someone. Don’t cross it.

I would define teasing as making funny comments on the situation.

Use the power of body language.

Whenever guys ask me how to be funny around girls and how to make them laugh, they only focus on the words. But that’s a mistake. Your body is a powerful weapon. Use it.

Okay, nowadays he’s more about being conscious, not existing, and saying the truth about fashion events, but I’m sure you find one of his old standup stuff on YouTube.

14. Talk with Funny Accents  

Oh, shit.

That’s politically incorrect nowadays, right?

Ah, nobody cares. Women love funny accents, even in today’s politically correct culture. But if I make an example with a Chinese accent, I’ll get labeled as a homophobic racist. That’s why I make fun of my own culture.

I mastered the art of making fun of Germans:

Of course, we Germans are not the only nation who is perfect for this technique. Chinese, French, and Australian accents are also great.

But that’s just my personal opinion.

15. Surprise Her with Crazy Moments

I’m aware that this sounds like the dumbest idea ever, but it works. I’ve done it so many times. When I’m on a date with a girl and she orders a cake with cream or a hot chocolate with cream, I take a bit on my finger. Then I put it on her hand and kiss her hand.

She looks at me with this “what the hell?” face, but she smiles.

I say: “I needed an excuse to kiss you.”

It sounds absolutely ridiculous, but it works like charm.

Here’s how to be funny around girls: Entertain yourself and not her. Do and say the things you consider funny. And yes, it’s totally fine to prepare a few one-lines. Just leave out the good jokes. The bad ones work best.
