Are you looking for Egyptian girls for marriage?
You can meet a lot of brides who want to date a guy like you.
How do I know that?
Well, I interviewed a woman who was born and raised in Cairo. She’s the cousin of a friend of mine. His aunt married an Egyptian man and lived with him in his home country.
The result: His beautiful cousin.
After his aunt and her husband got divorced, she moved back to Germany and she took her daughter with her. Her daughter is 21, speaks Arabic and German, and agreed to talk to me on Skype.
I have to be honest. I had no clue about Egyptian women.
I’ve never been to Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor or any other city in this country full of history. Of course, I read about the Pharaohs, Cleopatra, and the Muslim conquest of Egypt.
But learning about the local dating culture opened my eyes to a new world…
Why Being an Egyptian Mail Order Bride is Hard
Egyptian women don’t have it easy.
They live in a society where women have no rights. Some women are not even allowed to live in their own apartments. They are forced to stay with their families. That’s how traditional this society is.
What if they want to marry a foreign man?
You guessed it. It’s not that easy. I mean, it’s quite easy for the local guys to get married to foreign women. But Egyptian fathers are not so proud when their daughter wants to marry a man from another country…let alone a Western country.
Here’s the truth about intercultural marriages in Egypt…
Intercultural Marriages are Easier for Egyptian Men
For men it’s easy.
Here’s what happens when an Egyptian man meets a blonde American girl:
He introduces her to his parents. The parents ask the love-drunk American sweetheart if she wants to marry her son. She says “yes”, converts to Islam, and the parents are excited for the wedding.
Here’s what happens when an Egyptian woman meets a blonde American man:
She introduces him to her parents. The parents ask the love-drunk American man 1001 questions. They don’t like him and worry that her daughter will move abroad, convert to Christianity, and that their children won’t practice Islam. In other words, shit hits the fan.
Okay, it’s not so bad if you’re a Muslim man, but it’s still tricky. And it’s sad because so many Egyptian brides are desperate to find a husband.
Not Being Married is Painful for Egyptian Mail Order Brides
“What is it like being an unmarried Egyptian woman?” I asked my friend’s cousin.
She told me that her grandmothers were constantly asking her about marriage. They were worried that she won’t find a husband. At that time, she was 19 years old. Now she’s 21 and she told me that she’s glad that she lives in Germany because she was sick and tired of hearing this question.
Here’s the truth:
The Egyptian mail order brides you can meet online don’t have time to play games. They want to find a husband because their clock is ticking. And the more their family pressures them, the louder it ticks.
And yes, you can meet hundreds of these women on the largest Egyptian dating site…
Meet Your Egyptian Wife Online on This Online Dating Site
Okay, I have to admit it.
Even though it’s easy to meet Egyptian brides online, I couldn’t find one legit Egyptian dating site. But I didn’t give up. I thought to myself…
“Wait a minute…most women in this country are Muslim. Some of them must have an account on the largest Muslim dating site.”
I was right.
Muslima.com is the only Muslim dating site with more than 4.5 million members. And guess what?
Egypt is among the most popular countries.
I headed over to the search function and asked the matching algorithm to spit out all Egyptian women for marriage who are younger than 30.
Did I say that you can meet hundreds of Egyptian brides on this dating site? I’m sorry, but I have to correct myself. You can meet thousands of them.
Why The Nightlife in Egypt is Not the Place to Meet Egyptian Brides
There’s a reason why I recommend you to meet Egyptian women online.
You can’t just walk up to a girl on the street and approach her. That’s not how it works in this country. You have to respect the local customs. Otherwise, you’ll get in trouble.
What about the nightlife?
Well, you can visit the 3am Club, the Venue Lounge 6 Bar or the Pour Vous Roof Top Bar. You can do that. But you won’t find any Egyptian girls for marriage here.
This is a Muslim country.
Most girls are not allowed to hit the clubs. The only girls you can meet in the clubs are prostitutes from other countries and tourist girls. But I guess that’s not why you’re here for.
You want to meet your future wife?
Online dating is your best option.
3 Dating No-Goes When Looking for Egyptian Brides
Nobody said that dating Egyptian women is easy.
You have to follow the rules.
You are not dating a woman from the Land of the Free, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t find the right girl. It’s possible.
But it’s only possible if you avoid the following three no-goes…
1. You Can’t Just Date an Egyptian Girl Without Permission
In some countries you can marry whoever you want.
You don’t need the permission of her parents. What if they don’t like you? Who cares! As long as she says “I do”, you can get married. In other countries, however, you can date whoever you want, but you have to ask her parents before you marry her. It’s a tradition that you should respect.
Then there are countries like Egypt.
You absolutely have to ask her parents for permission to date their daughter BEFORE the first date. Read that again. You can’t just go on your first, second, and third date and then introduce yourself to her parents. That’s not how it works.
What if her parents agree? Congratulations, you are already married.
These are the rules. You can either play by the rules or quit the game.
2. You Can’t Just Date an Egyptian Girl with another Religion
Is it really necessary to convert to Islam?
Not if you’re a Christian man and she’s a Christian woman. Maybe you’re lucky. Approximately 10-15% of the population is Christian.
But what if you fall in love with a Muslim woman?
There’s only one way you can make it work. You have to convert to Islam and no, this is not an option. This is a necessity.
What if you’re a Muslim man looking for an Egyptian bride?
Don’t worry. More than 80% of the women you meet online are Muslims. It will be easy for you to meet your future wife.
3. You Can’t Just Date an Egyptian Girl without an Apartment
Let me ask you a question:
Do you still live with your parents?
If the answer is yes, you’ll have a hard time convincing her parents that you’re the right man for their daughter. They expect you to provide for your future wife and the one thing you absolutely must have is…
…your own place.
No matter if it’s a house, a Condo, or a one-bedroom apartment. You need to show them that you’re independent and able to provide for your wife. That’s the minimum requirement for marrying their daughter. There really is no other way.
Know these 3 Rules Before Dating Egyptian Girls
Let’s say her parents love you.
They know that you’re the right guy for their beloved daughter. You have their permission. You’re allowed to take their daughter on a date.
Well, here are three facts about the Egyptian dating culture you must know…
1. Egyptian Women for Marriage Have a Strict Curfew
I know what you want.
You want to spend as much time as possible with your future wife. I understand that. But her parents don’t. Women in other countries have curfews, but it’s not a big deal if they arrive ten minutes late. In Egypt, this is a big deal.
She has a strict curfew and you better respect it.
Did her parents tell you to bring her back at 8pm? Bring her back at 8pm!
That’s how it works in the land of the Pyramids.
2. Meeting Female Friends is a Death Sentence
Imagine you meet this really cute girl online. You see her and you’re in love. You know that you want to meet her.
But you already promised one of your female friends that she can accompany you on your trip to Cairo. She always wanted to visit this breathtaking city.
Here’s what you need to do:
Tell your female friend that she can accompany you the next time. I repeat. Do NOT take your female friend with you, not even your sister. The last thing the parents of your future wife want to see is you walking around with another woman.
It’s not that Egyptian women for marriage are extremely jealous.
It’s because of her family. It’s already had for them to accept that their daughter wants to date a foreigner. Just imagine if they or someone they know sees you walking around with another woman. Watch out. This can get nasty.
You visit Egypt because of their daughter. That’s it.
3. Kissing in Public (or Anywhere Else) is Strictly Forbidden
I know that you want to kiss her soft lips.
She wants it too. But she knows that her parents would kill her if she did it. And no, I’m not talking about killing her in a metaphorical sense.
This is serious business.
But just because it’s forbidden doesn’t mean that it’s not going to happen. You just have to follow a few simple rules.
The big problem is that you’ll never be alone. There will always be someone around you. Her aunt, her brother, her cousin…and no, this is not a coincidence.
I hope you enjoy the time with your Egyptian bride. And I hope you enjoy kissing her once you are married. Then you are free to kiss her every minute of the day.
Summed Up Wisdom
I was shocked when the half-German half-Egyptian cousin of my friend told me everything about the local dating and marriage culture. I had no idea that it’s so much easier for the local guys to marry internationally than it is for the local girls. It’s sad because many Egyptian brides are desperate to find a husband from abroad.
You won’t meet your future wife in one of Cairo’s clubs, but you can meet her on Muslima.com, the largest dating site for Muslims. In fact, you can meet thousands of Egyptian singles on this site. But be careful. Don’t take her on a date before you ask her parents for permission.
And don’t kiss her in public or in front of her parents. When you meet her parents, there’s just one thing you have to do. You have to answer all their questions and if they allow it, you can date her. And if you prove that you can provide for your future wife, you can marry her.
